This beautiful bracelett is being sold for Starfish Foster Home's December fundraiser. It is by the same designer as the Starfish bracelett... If you click on the picture it will link you to the site for more information. They are selling for a donation of $65.00.... What a beautiful gift it would be to the Mother who is waiting to hold her child in her arms... or for yourself to wear as a testiment of God's faithfulness as you look at your little one and find yourself in awe of the wonder of God that He loves us so that He would bless us with our babies... or what a precious gift to give your daughter one day.... and, most importantly the proceeds go to pay for surgeries for the Starfish babies... so, please click on the pic and see all the info.

A Blessing From Above...

Mia's Mommy has been trying to raise the funds to bring her home... She recently held a fund raising raffle . Even though this family is expecting to travel any time now and they don't have all the funds yet to bring their daughter home... She pledged 10% of the proceeds to the Starfish Babies.... I must say that Mia's Mommy is the most precious, beautiful and has the purest heart. She is always reaching out and helping the children in any way she can.

She has donated $100.00 from the raffel to the Starfish babies.... From the bottom of my heart I thank her and each and every person who contributed to her fundraising raffel and in turn blessed the children. God is oh, so faithful.... He will provide...

Auction Item # 131 Asian Pillowcase Dress

Amy has donated this darling Asian pillowcase dress.

It is very slightly used. It has so many different colors that it would match many tees/turtlenecks/whatever you wanted to put under it. My daughter wore a pink tee and pink footless tights and it was quite an eye-catcher! Many compliments received!
Length is about 17 inches from the top to the hem...maker called it a size 2t/3t.
Condition is basically the same as when I got it new.
Print shows pagodas, stylized writing, flowers, Asian motifs, dragon, etc. Back is the more red looking in the print and has a seam down the middle.

Ok, lovely ladies..... I just wanted to check in with you and let you know what is going on.

The auction site has not closed down..... we are just without donations right now. The good news is that I see there are still some of you checking in on us and you haven't given up. lol I know the Lord has a plan for our precious Starfish Babies and if that plan includes working through us to help provide the means to save another child's life then He will provide!

Amanda has emailed me a couple of times asking me to thank each of you for all you have done. It means so much to her and the children and she is so thankful for you.

I too thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and for coming on this journey with me.... I have had a blast! Hopefully we will have items to bid on soon, so please keep coming back to check.... Lastly, if the Lord puts it on your heart to donate something that would be wonderful too.

The Board of Directors of Starfish Children's Services has donated one of the beautiful bracelets designed especially for their Starfish Babies Bracelet Fundraiser this month to help raise money to pay for 4 surgeries.
There is a Chinese proverb that says "an invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place or circumstance." The red thread on this bracelet is far from invisible. Instead, it is designed for those who wear it to show their support of Starfish as we help those children connected, but not yet united with their forever families.
The Starfish Babies Bracelets designed by Ettika. Ettika, a boutique artisan firm that accessorizes many celebrities, is supporting our mission through a special price break on these high-end bracelets. Each piece is crafted from genuine Greek leather. The starfish jewel is cast using pewter metal and individually hand-dipped in 14K gold.
